Payment

For UAE orders Cash on delivery and payment by link, for GCC and international Bank transfer and payment by link is accepted

SHIPPING:

For UAE and international: We do not ship to PO Boxes addresses. Only full complete address with mobile phone number are accepted. Shipment errors that are caused by an incorrect address being provided by the buyer are not our responsibility and the cost to reship the item and the ongoing delay of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

For UAE shipments:

Once the item has been picked up by the carrier. Courier service will call you to confirm delivery time. Handling & dispatch time and delivery time as follows: if we receive your order morning before 11am then we can dispatch the shipment same day, if we receive your order after 11am we will dispatch next day, delivery it depends on your address in UAE but average of 1-2 business days.(some remote areas might need longer time for delivery & may incur additional cost).

For international shipments:

after you have chosen your items please drop us an email and we will send you an invoice along with the shipping cost then only you can proceed with payment, once we receive your payment we will dispatch your order. Important note for international orders: Import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty:

All electrical goods and batteries have no warranty.

RETURNS:

We will accept returns of new items purchased that have not been installed, are in the original package, that are complete and are resalable as new. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is Manufacturer defective and must contact us prior to shipping the item back for a Return Authorization number. Any return must be done within 7 Business days of delivery. Refunds will be completed within 3 Business days after receiving; a restock charge @5% to 15% will apply on all returns depends on the condition and return period. Sales return will not be accepted for Electrical goods and batteries. We will not accept returns and provide refunds on items that (1) have been installed (2) are not in the original packaging (3) are missing included accessories and not complete.

Note: Refund Might take 3 to 6 days
